The producer and his Herrick Entertainment is currently in production on the indie Very Good Girls, starring Dakota Fanning and Elizabeth Olsen.
Herrick joins producers Randall Emmett, George Furla, Jeffrey Stott, Ross Richie and Andrew Cosby on the big-budget actioner.
Based on the graphic novels written by Steven Grant and published by Boom! Studios, the film is being directed by Baltasar Kormákur (Contraband).
Pic is currently filming in New Orleans.
Herrick’s recent film credits include the supernatural thriller Nightlight.
He is also a backer of such Broadway hits as Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.
