Go on an intrepid adventure at a screening of the animated film adaptation of children’s book We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, accompanied by a live orchestra.
Based on the bestselling bedtime book, written by Michael Rosen and illustrated by Helen Oxenbury, the 24-minute film follows the escapades of siblings Stan, Katie, Rosie, Max, the baby and Rufus the dog, who set off on an expedition in search of bears, determined to ‘catch a big one’.
The presentation includes a lively introduction to the musical world of the film as well as fun sing-alongs of the closing credits song, ‘Me & You’ by George Ezra. The live orchestral soundtrack is composed and conducted by Stuart Hancock and performed by City of London Sinfonia.
